- Primary sources first. Fees, formats, passing scores and rules come from FINRA, NASAA, the SEC, the IRS or BLS, cited on each page with the date checked. Fees are re-verified at every site build.
- Pass rates. FINRA stopped publishing pass rates after 2019 and NASAA does not publish them. We say so rather than repeat unsourced numbers; any 2019 FINRA figure is labeled as dated.
- Original questions. Every practice question is written for SeriesPrepKit and mapped to the official outline. We never reproduce or paraphrase live exam items, never use “real exam questions” or “dumps” language, and reject any recalled exam content sent to us.
- How questions are made. Questions are drafted with AI assistance and checked against primary sources (rules, regulations, official outlines) by our editorial team, with a sampling re-check for a single unambiguous correct answer. We do not currently claim review by a licensed professional; if we add named reviewers, we will list their verifiable credentials.
- Estimates are labeled. Study-hour ranges and readiness rules of thumb are our editorial estimates and are marked as such.
- Competitor pages disclose that we sell a competing product and date every price.
- Corrections. Spot an error? Contact us and we will review it and update the page and its date.
