Frequently asked questions
How long should I study for the Series 7?
Plan roughly 80-150 hours total (our estimate). At 10-15 hours a week that is about 5-15 weeks.
How do I pass the Series 7 on the first try?
Weight your time by the outline, drill weak sections, and do not book the exam until timed full-length practice scores are consistently above the pass mark.
Is 2 weeks enough for the Series 7?
Only if you already know most of the material and can study full-time. For most candidates, 4-8 weeks is realistic.
